一、竞赛日期和地点
2002年7月25日至27日在中国上海举行。
二、竞赛项目
48KG、52KG、56KG、60KG、65KG、70KG、75KG、80KG、85KG、90KG、90KG以上,共11个级别。
三、参加办法
(一)获得第六届世界武术锦标赛散打比赛各级别前四名的运动员可报名参加。
(二)各级别前四名的运动员因伤病等原因,不能参加世界杯赛时,其空缺名额由国际武联技委会指派。
四、竞赛办法
(一)比赛采用单败淘汰制。
(二)运动员报到后先称量体重,然后抽签进行编排。
(三)比赛采用国际武联审定的最新《武术散打竞赛规则》。
五、录取名次与奖励
每级别录取前3名,予以奖励
第一名颁发金牌、证书及奖金10000人民币。
第二名颁发银牌、证书及奖金6000人民币。
第三名颁发铜牌、证书及奖金3000人民币。
六、报名
(一)参赛单位可报领队1人、教练1人、医生1人。
(二)初步报名时间:各参赛单位请于2002年4月30日24时前(北京时间),将初步报名表格邮寄或传真至国际武联秘书处。地址如下:

(三)最后报名时间:各参赛单位请于2002年6月25日24时前(北京时间),将最后报名表格邮寄或传真至上述地址。
(四)最后报名表一式三份,两份寄国际武联秘书处,一份留作到上海时的报到凭证。
(五)所有报名表格需以中文或英文打印,须有国际武联会员协会的主席或秘书长的签名和盖有该协会会章方为有效。
七、竞赛管理及技术人员
(一)世界杯武术散打比赛组委会在国际武联执委会及技委会的指导下,负责本赛事的竞赛组织工作。
(二)裁判员由组委会商国际武联技委会选派。
八、服装与器材
(一)运动员须穿着符合竞赛规则要求的服装参加比赛。
(二)运动员自备护齿、护裆及两套比赛服装(红色和黑色各一套)。
(三)比赛拳套和护具由组委会准备。
九、费用
(一)各参赛人员旅费自理。
(二)比赛期间的食宿费用由组委会负担。
(三)规定报到的日期是7月23日,离会日期是7月28日。提前到达或推迟离开的人员须每人每天向组委会交纳60美元(双人间)。超编人员每人每天交纳80美元。
十、其他
(一)运动员在报到时须验交《体检证明》(具体内容为脑电图、心电图、脉搏、血压,体检证明以赛前20天内方为有效)和《人身保险证明》。任缺一项不能参加比赛。
(二)参赛人员每人须交2寸彩色照片3张。
(三)各参赛单位须准备国旗、区旗或协会会旗3面(1m×2m)。
(四)准备录有国歌或协会会歌的录音带一盒。
REGULATION
1.DATE AND PLACE
The 1st Sanshou World Cup will be held on July 25 - 27, 2002 in Shanghai, China.
2.COMPETITION EVENTS
11 Categories:48kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 85kg, 90kg, and 90kg+.
3.PARTICIPANTS
3.1 Only the top four place winners of each category of the 6th World Wushu Championships are permitted to participate (Name list is enclosed).
3.2 If, due to injury or illness, etc, competitors of the top four place of each category are unable to participate, the vacancy will be appointed by the IWUF Technical Committee.
4.COMPETITION METHODS
4.1 The knockout system will be adopted.
4.2 The weighing-in will be conducted before the drawing-lots after the competitors' arrival.
4.3 The competition will be conducted in accordance with the latest edition of the Rules for the International Wushu Sanshou Competition.
5.PLACING AND AWARDS
The top three places of each event will be awarded as follows:
1st Place Gold Medal, Certificate and RMB ¥ 10000.00
2nd Place Silver Medal, Certificate and RMB ¥ 6000.00
3rd Place Bronze Medal, Certificate and RMB ¥ 3000.00
6.ENTRIES
6.1 Each team may enter one team leader, one coach and one team doctor.
6.2 Preliminary Entries: The Preliminary Entry Form must reach the IWUF Secretariat by mail or fax no later than 24hr:00 (Beijing standard time) April 30, 2002. The Address is as follows:

6.3 Final Entries: The Final Entry Form must reach the IWUF Secretariat by mail or fax no later than 24:00 hrs (Beijing standard time) June 25, 2002 to the above address.
6.4 The Final Entry Forms must be prepared and certified in triplicate:
Two copies to the IWUF Secretariat in Beijing, China
One copy must be brought with the team as confirmation during its registration in Shanghai.
6.5 All entries must be properly typed or printed in Chinese or English. They are valid only when signed by the President or Secretary General of the respective Federation and bearing the official stamp of the Federation.
7.COMPETITION MANAGEMENT AND TECHNICAL OFFICIALS
7.1 The 1st Sanshou World Cup Organizing Committee, under the guidance of the IWUF Executive Committee and Technical Committee, shall be responsible for the organization of the competitions during the Championships.
7.2 The judges of the World Cup will be invited after consultation between the Organizing Committee and the IWUF Technical Committee.
8.COSTUMES AND EQUIPMENT (PROTECTIVE GEARS)
8.1 Competitors shall wear costumes and equipment complies with the "Rules for International Sanshou Competition".
8.2 Competitors must prepare and bring gum-shield and jockstrap and two sets of costumes on their own: one set of black and one set of red costumes.
8.3 Gloves and protective gears will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
9.EXPENSES
9.1 The international airfare will be responsible by the participants.
9.2 The Organizing Committee will cover the qualified competitors' board and lodge during the competition. They are required to arrive on July 23 and depart on July 28. Those who arrive earlier or depart later will be charged US$60.00 per person per day (double room). The surpass limits personnel will be charged US$80.00 per person per day (single room).
10.OTHER MATTERS
10.1 Competitors are required to hand in: j Health Certificate (including electroencephalogram, electrocardiogram, pulse and blood pressure). The Health Certificate is valid within 20 days before the competition. k Life Insurance Certificate. Those competitors who cannot present both certificates are not allowed to participate.
10.2 Each competitor shall hand in three (3) colored photos (2 inches).
